Issue connecting my RCSJ account to my Mobile device

Due to a recent security update to RCSJ login services, you may need to re-add your RCSJ account on your mobile device.

If you are experiencing the following issues or something similar, please follow the links below to learn how to remove and then add your account information to your mobile device.

  • If you are being prompted to log in to your RCSJ account on your mobile device when you do any of the following:
    • Open your mobile calendar app that is connected to your RCSJ account.
    • Open your mobile contacts app that is connected to your RCSJ account. You may also notice that contacts are missing or seem incomplete.
    • Open your mobile email app that is connected to your RCSJ account.
